ACTIVITIES EXPO: Expo is a great chance for student organizations to introduce themselves to new and returning students, promote upcoming activities and recruit new members.

WELCOME BACK MEETING: This meeting covers all the basic information for student organizations in a few short hours! Make sure to attend this event scheduled early in the fall semester to find out about new policies, changes to procedure and lots of tips and tricks to make your life as a student organization member easier.

STUDENT ORGANIZATION BUDGET WORKSHOPS: These workshops are held twice a year in conjunction with the Undergraduate Student Government Vice President for Finance to help organization leaders understand the dos and don'ts of budgets.

STUDENT CREST AWARDS: The Student Crest Awards are a special effort to recognize student leadership, student organizations, and service to the campus community. If there's someone on campus you think deserves to be recognized, nominate him or her!

STUDENT PICTURES: At least twice a semester, photographers are brought on campus by Student Programs to help students create memories of their time at Tulane. Sittings are free, and students can buy portrait sets if they wish. These photos are also shared with the Tulane Jambalaya yearbook.

EARLY BIRD STUDENT ORGANIZATION FAIR: Early Bird is a chance for student organizations to get a head start on the coming school year. At Early Bird, you can check your budget information, reset or retrieve organization website and e-mail passwords, make reservations for fall meeting rooms and more. And don't forget -- the early bird gets the gummy worm!

NEW ADVISER WORKSHOP: Helping student organizations means helping their advisers as well! This workshop is held during the fall semester to help make new advisers more comfortable with their new role.

STUDENT ORGANIZATION TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOPS: These informational sessions are held several times during the fall semester so organization leaders can make the most of their websites, e-mail accounts and MyTulane groups.
