The Student Crest Awards, started in 1998, are a unified campus recognition of the efforts and achievements of students outside of the classroom. These awards are sponsored annually by the Division of Student Affairs and recognize students for demonstrating excellence in leadership, scholarship and community service, as well as initiative and promise in campus leadership. Nominations are made by students, faculty and staff.

The Student Crest Award Ceremony is held at the end of the Spring semester.
